Do you offer prescription lenses?
Currently, LOOK OPTIC specializes in high-quality reading glasses, blue light blockers, and sunglasses. We do not fulfill custom medical prescriptions at this time, but our readers are available in various magnifications from +0.0 to +3.0.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day risk-free trial. If you aren't completely in love with your frames, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in their original condition.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental U.S. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout if you need your new look sooner.
